Members of BC3 gathered for networking, organic drinks and hors d'œuvres on the terrace of the W Hotel.  We were excited to welcome partners from US EPA Region 9, which is now headed by former Director of the SF Department of the Environment, Jared Blumenfeld.  Sarah Rizk offered guests some brief words on behalf of EPA Region 9.
