PRINCIPLE THREE: ADVOCACY + DIALOGUE
"We will advocate and dialogue with policymakers to develop the best business solution through, for example, supporting the Bay Area Council's advocacy platform on climate change."

Our organization is engaged in industry advocacy centered around the commercial real estate market.  Principals participate at the board level in NAIOP (National Commercial Real Estate Organization), Chair the Sustainability Committee for the NAIOP SF/Bay Area Chapter, participate on the BC3 Green Tenant Toolkit Working Group that will create a Green Tenant Toolkit as recommended by the Mayors Existing Commercial Buildings Task Force Report (2009), and belong to the Northern California Chapter of USBGC.

PRINCIPLE FOUR: COLLECTIVE ACTION
