On March 26, 2009 PG&E and SF Energy Watch hosted a presentation by Mark Bramfitt, Director of the High Tech Efficiency Group at PG&E. He presented an overview of datacenter efficiency solutions and lead a discussion on a range of topics covering virtualization, server efficiency, heat containment, isle configuration, CRAC units, system design and performance indicators. Also reviewed were PG&E incentives and application processes for Datacenter energy efficiency projects.
