Maura McKnight

Prior to joining BC3, Maura worked for 8 years leading Corporate Partnerships for GRID Alternatives - the nation's largest nonprofit solar installer. Maura has spent more than 18 years working at the intersection of energy, environment, technology and social change. She has worked in B2B sales in the IT industry, was a biologist for the National Park Service, was an independent entrepreneur, and contracted with non-profits to help them build capacity. She holds a B.S. from U.C. Berkeley with a degree in Conservation and an M.S. in Wildlife Biology from Humboldt State.

Christina is the Program Director for the Bay Area SunShares. Bringing more than ten years experience managing environmental programs, Christina takes pride in her work with the SF Bay Chapter of the Sierra Club garnering public support to establish Marin Clean Energy and protect open space from sprawl development in the East Bay. Prior to joining the BC3 team in 2016, she lived in Denmark exploring the bike lane and completed a Masters in Environmental Policy Planning at the University of Roskilde.
Lia Papazoglou

Lia has over ten years of experience mobilizing job trainees, corporate employees and volunteers to take positive action through service-learning activities. She believes with the right tools and motivation, people can be inspired to tackle any challenge. Lia is excited to work with BC3 partners to engage employees in the most pressing challenge of our time, climate change action. Prior to this role, she worked in nonprofit program development and management. For the last year she lived in Surrey, England pursuing a Masters in Sustainable Development.
Megan Shahan

Megan has a Business Administration Finance Degree and a Minor in Global Engagement from the Global Honor’s Program at the University of Washington. She is dedicated to making business more sustainable and believes that collaboration is crucial to achieving this goal. Megan recently relocated to San Francisco to begin her career in sustainability and is supporting BC3 in its efforts to mobilize climate action in the Bay Area.
